      I was quite surprised at what they had! You might be able to put in a request for some of these items at your local Costco, perhaps?

    Hi Michelle! Thank you so much for all you do!

    I have a question about sprouted pumpkin seeds. Is there any reason to avoid them during pregnancy? I know sprouts in general have a higher likelihood of bacterial contamination and are on the ‘foods to avoid list’ for pregnant women. I was wondering if these call under the same category.
